The site is located at an impressive spot at Al Alamein City, North Coast. This 75,000 square-meter tourist resort consists of 120 hotel rooms and suites offering marina views, and access to a range of lifestyle amenities including a yacht club, swimming pools, restaurants, meeting facilities, and outdoor decks. The interiors have been described as "fashion-forward", with open spaces and an abundance of natural light. WASSEF provided the architectural and structural design for the swimming pool, health club, and underground tanks, in addition to construction shop drawings for the Hotel facilities. WASSEF also provided architectural, landscape and structural shop drawings with its bar bending lists for Emaar Misr and Orascom Construction. The shop drawings were in full coordination with the architectural design of AN & Partners.
