WASSEF, in association with the New York-based international architectural firm Perkins Eastman, formed the PE/WDG team that provided full architectural and engineering design and construction management services to develop their conceptual design and produce the contract documents to include architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical working drawings, as well as edit specifications. The assignment included the production of the bill of quantities and bidding documents. The library was part of the Middle School Building project.
